The Impact of Excessive TV Watching on Health and Productivity

Most of us like TV from watching episodes to movies, it entertains us and even gives us something to look forward to. So it can’t be bad right? One of the basic rules about this is too much of a good thing can be bad. You just have to make sure you’re not over using it right? That in itself is not easy, you can tend to over use it when you are unoccupied with work.TV is very engaging, and you can find your self stuck in it. Another con about TV, is that when watching it sometimes people tend to snack on food. While this is okay if you do it constantly it’s not very healthy, especially because you are not burning much fat when sitting on the couch. Another con I’ve had from my experience is when you finish all the episodes in a collection of episodes or a movie you feel like there isn’t much that you can do. In the end moderation is the key so go ahead and watch TV but make sure to control how much you watch 📺.
